The first part of this paaper contains a review of the previous classificationss of conflicts in humans’ and ag gents’ societies. The review discusses the proposed moodel of conflict classification. We W then propose our technique, in which we suggest a nnew classification of agents’ conflicts c based on their confidence and numbers. We organize the rest of the paper as follows: Section 2 reviews the type of conflictss in humans and multi-agent systems. In Section 3, we propose a framework for classification and resolution n of conflicts in multi-agent systems.
We analyze the social theory of o conflict and propose a conflict resolution strategy baased on the new conflict classification scheme. The proposed conflict resolution algoritthm considers all the conflict states s of the agents in a multi-agent system. Classifyying conflict states is used for conflict c resolution enhancement. We demonstrate thatt by considering the confidencce table as an input to the proposed algorithm, our classification technique is able to resolve multiple conflict situations and arrive aat a decision.
